justify;\">2014\u5e742\u67081\u65e5\u304b\u3089\u3001\u65e5\u672c\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u5354\u4f1a\uff08JCAA\uff09\u306e\u6539\u6b63\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u898f\u5247\u304c\u65bd\u884c\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002\u672c\u6539\u6b63\u306f2004\u5e74\u306e\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u898f\u5247\u4ee5\u964d\u306b\u884c\u306a\u308f\u308c\u305f\u521d\u306e\u5168\u9762\u7684\u306a\u6539\u6b63\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">JCAA\u306e\u767a\u8868\u8cc7\u6599\u306b\u306f\u3001\u672c\u6539\u6b63\u306f\u8fd1\u6642\u306eUNISITRAL\u4ef2\u88c1\u898f\u5247\u3084\u56fd\u969b\u5546\u4e8b\u4ef2\u88c1\u88c1\u5224\u6240\u3001\u30b9\u30a4\u30b9\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u306e\u6539\u6b63\u3068\u3044\u3046\u52d5\u5411\u306b\u6cbf\u3046\u305f\u3081\u306e\u6539\u6b63\u3067\u3042\u308b\u3068\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>II. \u6539\u6b63\u306e\u5185\u5bb9<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">JCAA\u306b\u3088\u308b\u672c\u6539\u6b63\u306f\u4e3b\u306b\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\uff15\u3064\u306e\u91cd\u8981\u306a\u6539\u6b63\u306b\u5206\u3051\u3066\u8003\u3048\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(1) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u306e\u9078\u4efb<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u3092\u9078\u4efb\u3059\u308b\u5834\u5408\u3001\u305d\u306e\u9078\u4efb\u306e\u52b9\u529b\u304c\u751f\u3058\u308b\u306b\u306fJCAA\u306e\u78ba\u8a8d\u304c\u5fc5\u8981\u3068\u306a\u308b\u3002\u307e\u305f\u3001\u6539\u6b63\u898f\u5247\u306b\u3088\u308b\u3068\u3001JCAA\u304c\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u3092\u9078\u4efb\u3059\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306b\u306f\u3001\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u3044\u305a\u308c\u306e\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u3068\u3082\u7570\u306a\u308b\u56fd\u7c4d\u3092\u6709\u3059\u308b\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u306e\u9078\u4efb\u3092\u6c42\u3081\u305f\u3068\u304d\u306f\u3001\u3053\u308c\u3092\u5c0a\u91cd\u3057\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u306a\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u4e09\u8005\u4ee5\u4e0a\u306e\u8907\u6570\u306e\u5834\u5408\u3067\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u306e\u6570\u304c\u4e00\u4eba\u306e\u5834\u5408\u306f\u3001\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u5171\u540c\u3067\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u3092\u9078\u4efb\u3057\u3001\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u306e\u9078\u4efb\u306b\u3064\u3044\u3066\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u5408\u610f\u306b\u81f3\u3089\u306a\u304b\u3063\u305f\u3068\u304d\u306b\u306fJCAA\u304c\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u3092\u9078\u4efb\u3059\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u307e\u305f\u3001\u672c\u6539\u6b63\u898f\u5247\u3067\u306f\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u9078\u4efb\u306b\u304a\u3051\u308b\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u306e\u5e73\u7b49\u539f\u5247\u304c\u5c0e\u5165\u3055\u308c\u3001\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u306e\u6570\u304c3\u4eba\u306e\u5834\u5408\u3001\u7533\u7acb\u4eba\u53ca\u3073\u88ab\u7533\u7acb\u4eba\u306e\u305d\u308c\u305e\u308c\u306e\u30b0\u30eb\u30fc\u30d7\u306b\u304a\u3044\u30661\u4eba\u306e\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u3092\u9078\u4efb\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3068\u306a\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(2) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u4ef2\u88c1\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u306e\u4f75\u5408\u53ca\u3073\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u306e\u624b\u7d9a\u53c2\u52a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u672c\u6539\u6b63\u306b\u3088\u3063\u3066\u5c0e\u5165\u3055\u308c\u305f\u898f\u5b9a\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u306e\u4f75\u5408\u3084\u7b2c\u4e09\u8005\u306e\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u53c2\u52a0\u306e\u8981\u4ef6\u304c\u660e\u78ba\u5316\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(3) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u8abf\u505c<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u4ef2\u88c1\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u4e2d\u306b\u8abf\u505c\u3092\u5b9f\u65bd\u3059\u308b\u5834\u5408\u306e\u898f\u5b9a\u304c\u5236\u5b9a\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002\u672c\u6539\u6b63\u898f\u5247\u306b\u3088\u308b\u3068\u3001\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u306f\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u306e\u66f8\u9762\u306b\u3088\u308b\u5408\u610f\u304c\u306a\u3051\u308c\u3070\u4e00\u65b9\u306e\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u3068\u500b\u5225\u306b\u5354\u8b70\u3059\u308b\u3053\u3068\u306f\u3067\u304d\u306a\u3044\u3002\u307e\u305f\u3001\u3044\u305a\u308c\u306e\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u3082\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u306e\u5408\u610f\u304c\u306a\u3044\u9650\u308a\u3001\u8abf\u505c\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u3067\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u3057\u305f\u63d0\u6848\u3001\u81ea\u767d\u305d\u306e\u4ed6\u306e\u9673\u8ff0\u307e\u305f\u306f\u8abf\u505c\u4eba\u306e\u793a\u3057\u305f\u63d0\u6848\u3092\u4ef2\u88c1\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u306b\u304a\u3044\u3066\u8a3c\u62e0\u3068\u3057\u3066\u5229\u7528\u3057\u3066\u306f\u306a\u3089\u306a\u3044\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(4) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u4fdd\u5168\u63aa\u7f6e\u547d\u4ee4<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u4fdd\u5168\u63aa\u7f6e\u306b\u95a2\u3059\u308b\u898f\u5247\u3092\u5b9a\u3081\u305f\u3002\u3053\u308c\u306b\u3088\u308a\u3001\u672c\u6539\u6b63\u898f\u5247\u306b\u5b9a\u3081\u308b\u8981\u4ef6\u3092\u5145\u305f\u3059\u5834\u5408\u306b\u306f\u3001\u4ef2\u88c1\u6cd5\u5b9a\u524d\u306b\u5fc5\u8981\u3068\u306a\u308b\u7dca\u6025\u4ef2\u88c1\u4eba\u306b\u3088\u308b\u4fdd\u5168\u63aa\u7f6e\u3092\u7533\u3057\u7acb\u3066\u308b\u3053\u3068\u304c\u3067\u304d\u308b\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>(5) <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">\u7c21\u6613\u624b\u7d9a\u304d<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u7533\u7acb\u3066\u306e\u8acb\u6c42\u91d1\u984d\u304c2\u5343\u4e07\u5186\u4ee5\u4e0b\u306e\u5834\u5408\u306b\u9069\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308b\u7c21\u6613\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u5236\u5ea6\u304c\u5c0e\u5165\u3055\u308c\u305f\u3002\u3053\u306e\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u306f\u3001\u8acb\u6c42\u91d1\u984d\u306e\u591a\u5be1\u306b\u304b\u304b\u308f\u3089\u305a\u3001\u5f53\u4e8b\u8005\u304c\u7c21\u6613\u624b\u7d9a\u304d\u306b\u3088\u308b\u65e8\u306e\u5408\u610f\u3092\u3057\u305f\u5834\u5408\u306b\u3082\u9069\u7528\u3055\u308c\u308b\u3053\u3068\u3068\u306a\u3063\u305f\u3002<\/p>\n<p
