Agency and distribution contracts (online and offline)<\/h3>\n

D<\/span>istribution is evolving rapidly in these times of technological developments. In order to prevent distribution frameworks from perishing due to stagnation, it is essential to create new formulas aimed at streamlining networks, making them more competitive, but at the same time, being careful not to infringe upon or clash with the national and community legal framework in terms of competition, industrial property and data protection. We provide virtual (e-commerce) and hybrid distribution solutions, for both existing structures and new ones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Technology licence<\/h3>\n

I<\/span>mproving the industrial productivity, quality or competitiveness of products or services requires the incorporation of processes, patents, know-how or the secrets of third parties. Technology licence contracts allow this integration, but they are also the instrument for transferring proprietary technology when the aim is to make expertise profitable while enjoying the effects of the exclusive protection and exclusive use provided by their registration.<\/span><\/p>\n

OEM<\/h3>\n

\u201cO<\/span>riginal equipment manufacturing\u201d contracts are called upon when it is not recommendable, due to the structure of a company, to devote its own resources to the manufacture of a determined product, but it is essential that the product manufactured by a third party complies with certain quality, design and image standards, proprietary to the company contracting the third party. In this area we may also find contracts for products newly created from a key idea, but their development and manufacture is externalised.<\/p>\n

Franchise<\/h3>\n

T<\/span>he franchise is an efficient and rapid means for growing in a certain market, for both the franchiser or owner of the franchise, as well as for entrepreneurs who wish to start a business with the peace of mind which an already established trademark or commercial formula may give. The success of the franchise also depends on the way in which it is orientated from the beginning insofar as the level of protection of the original idea, image and the commercial processes are concerned.<\/p>\n

Image rights and sponsorship<\/h3>\n

I<\/span>mage is a fundamental right which at the same time is a powerful asset frequently used in the market for the visibility and support of a certain project, associating it with a certain person or persons. It is particularly interesting from a financial point of view in the world of sport, fashion, social networks and audio-visual content.<\/p>\n

Sponsorship allows natural persons and legal entities to associate their name or image to specific initiatives and cultural, sporting or scientific entities, generating a result with a mutual benefit both for the party transferring or associating its image with that of a third party, as well as for the party providing the financial contribution.<\/p>\n

Operating leasing contracts<\/h3>\n

O<\/span>perating leasing may be the ideal instrument for scenarios where the use of equipment or installations is of interest, through a flexible and accessible payment system, which frees the company from treasury tensions or financing efforts, that they would prefer to allocate to other objectives. It is also an attractive formula, as it is not subject to the strict formal requirements of \u201crenting\u201d or leasing contracts, as well as for its tax advantages.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>
