TEAM<\/h1>\n<\/div>

O<\/span>ur firm is made up of professionals of different nationalities, with the common characteristic that all of them are fluent in at least three languages and they all have international academic or professional experience. Likewise, this multiculturalism allows us to approach our international clients from a naturally open and flexible mindset.<\/p>\n

Working as a team and due to our size, we are able to be agile and efficient in the performance of our work and fulfilment of the indicated objectives, guaranteeing that the client has the possibility to communicate at any time with a member of the legal team working on their case with an immediate response to their communications.<\/p>\n<\/div>

Eduardo VIL\u00c1\u00a0<\/span>
\nManaging Director<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>

Born in Vic (Barcelona) in 1966. He studies Law at the Abad Oliba Foundation and the faculty of Law, graduating from the University of Barcelona in 1989. In September 1990, with a scholarship from the Foundation of La Caixa and the British Council, he is admitted to the Queen Mary and Westfield College, at the University of London, where in 1991 he obtains a master\u2019s degree in International Business Law (LLM). He also gained a master\u2019s degree in Urban Planning Law at the Abad Oliba Foundation and graduated from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona in Arbitration Law (1993). In 1991 he joins the Madrid office of the law firm G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo, later practising in Barcelona. Between 1993 and 1995 he resides in Japan where he collaborates as a foreign associate lawyer in the Tokyo law firm, Nagashima, Ohno & Tsunematsu. In 1995 he returns to Barcelona, where he resumes his position with G\u00f3mez-Acebo & Pombo until 1997, when he founded the law firm VIL\u00c1 ABOGADOS.<\/p>\n

Satoshi MINAMI\u00a0<\/span>
\nLawyer<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>

Born in Wakayama, Japan in 1988. He graduated from Keio University Law School and passed the Japanese Bar Examination in 2013. He is a member of the Dai-ichi Tokyo Bar Association. After working at a law firm in Japan, he joined a law firm in Mexico City in 2020, where he mainly provided legal services to Japanese companies in Mexico. He joined Vil\u00e1 Abogados in 2023.<\/p>\n

Joan Llu\u00eds RUBIO\u00a0<\/span>

Born in Barcelona in 1997. Law degree from the Pompeu Fabra University (2020), including an academic stay at the Universiteit Antwerpen of Belgium. Having carried out internships with diverse law firms in Barcelona, he joins Vil\u00e1 Abogados in autumn of 2021 and a few months later obtains his Master of Law from the Open University of Catalunya (2022).<\/p>\n

Julio GONZ\u00c1LEZ\u00a0<\/span>

Born in Granada in 1998, he graduated from the Pompeu Fabra University with a degree in Law and Economics. Having carried out internships with diverse law firms in Barcelona, he joins Vil\u00e1 Abogados in autumn of 2023.<\/p>\n

Born in Ivrea (Italy) in 2002, she graduated from King\u2019s College London with a degree in Law, including an academic stay at Bocconi University, in Milan. Having carried out internships with law firms in Dubai and Milan, she joins the firm in summer of 2025.<\/p>\n

Born in Japan in 1999. Law degree from the University of Barcelona (2024). He joins Vil\u00e1 Abogados in spring of 2025 and a few months later obtains his Master of Law from Instituto Superior de Derecho y Econom\u00eda (ISDE).<\/p>\n
