T<\/span>HE GERMAN DESK IS OUR SPECIALISED DEPARTMENT FOR GERMAN CLIENTS, WITH INTERESTS IN SPAIN OR THE EUROPEAN UNION, AS WELL AS FOR COMPANIES AND ENTREPRENEURS WHO WISH TO COMMENCE OR EXPAND THEIR BUSINESS IN GERMANY. <\/strong><\/p>\n

Our German Desk focuses on companies and entrepreneurs from German-speaking countries, which require advice on their investment or commercial cooperation projects in Spain. Familiarisation with the business culture and traditions in German-speaking countries allows an optimum understanding of the objectives of the client, as well as the way in which legal services are expected to be rendered.<\/p>\n

The German Desk is specialised in all kinds of investment operations, commercial agreements, disputes and other business issues, including cross-border operations for the purchase and sale of companies, the establishment of joint ventures, cooperation agreements, and in any case, in finding bespoke solutions fulfilling the characteristics and needs of the client, especially, small and medium-sized companies.<\/p>\n<\/div>
