VILÁ, Eduardo (Mr.) Managing Director
Born in Vic (Barcelona) in 1966. He studies Law at the Abad Oliba Foundation and the faculty of Law, graduating from the University of Barcelona in 1989. In September 1990, with a scholarship from the Foundation of La Caixa and the British Council, he is admitted to the Queen Mary and Westfield College, at the University of London, where in 1991 he obtains a master’s degree in International Business Law (LLM). He also gained a master’s degree in Urban Planning Law at the Abad Oliba Foundation and graduated from the Pompeu Fabra University of Barcelona in Arbitration Law (1993). In 1991 he joins the Madrid office of the law firm Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, later practising in Barcelona. Between 1993 and 1995 he resides in Japan where he collaborates as a foreign associate lawyer in the Tokyo law firm, Nagashima, Ohno & Tsunematsu. In 1995 he returns to Barcelona, where he resumes his position with Gómez-Acebo & Pombo until 1997, when he founded the law firm VILÁ, ABOGADOS.

VILLAVICENCIO GOULA, Carla (Ms.) Lawyer
Born in Barcelona in 1986. Law degree and Master in Business Law at ESADE (2010). University exchange programme at the American University, Washington College of Law (2009). Lawyer in the Litigation and Arbitration Department of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo (2010-2014). LL.M. in Comparative and International Dispute Resolution at Queen Mary, University of London (2015).

TERÁN BERES, Andreas (Mr.) Lawyer
Born in Mataró (Barcelona) in 1991. Graduated in Law from the Universitat Autònoma of Barcelona (2015) and Master of Law from ISDE Law & Business School Barcelona (2016), obtaining in 2017 the Master in Sports Management and Sports Law by ISDE Law & Business School Barcelona, organized in collaboration with the FC Barcelona. In January 2018 he obtained the American Law Course diploma from Columbia University in New York, focused on international negotiation, mediation and arbitration. He did internships at the German Desk of Marimón Abogados and later worked as a lawyer at CaixaBank Group, specializing in commercial contracts, sports sponsorships and data protection.

KIYOHARA, Naoki (Mr.) Lawyer
Born in Osaka, Japan (1984). Bachelor of Electrical and Electronic Engineering at the University of Kyoto (2008), he completed a master’s degree in law at the Graduate Law School of the University of Kyoto, from which he graduated in March 2012. He is registered as a practicing lawyer in Japan (Bengoshi) since 2013. That same year, he joined the Japanese law firm Nakanoshima City, where he worked as a lawyer until August 2018, when he established his own office in Osaka.

MADERO ROMERO, Jaime (Mr.) Lawyer
Born in Sevilla in 1990. In 2013, he graduated with a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Complutense University of Madrid, with honours in International Public Law, Labour Law and Human Resources. Preparation, during five years, of competitive examinations for entry into the Corps of Registrars of Property, Commercial and Movable Goods of Spain at the academy of the College of Registrars in Madrid. Specialisation in Civil, Commercial and Mortgage Law. 3 months stay at KAI School in Tokio. In 2019, worked at the Land Registry Office of Corcubión-Muros (A Coruña).
