OEM

“Original equipment manufacturing” contracts are called upon when it is not recommendable, due to the structure of a company, to devote its own resources to the manufacture of a determined product, but it is essential that the product manufactured by a third party complies with certain quality, design and image standards, proprietary to the company contracting the third party. In this area we may also find contracts for products newly created from a key idea, but their development and manufacture is externalised.

Image is a fundamental right which at the same time is a powerful asset frequently used in the market for the visibility and support of a certain project, associating it with a certain person or persons. It is particularly interesting from a financial point of view in the world of sport, fashion, social networks and audio-visual content.

Sponsorship allows natural persons and legal entities to associate their name or image to specific initiatives and cultural, sporting or scientific entities, generating a result with a mutual benefit both for the party transferring or associating its image with that of a third party, as well as for the party providing the financial contribution.

Operating leasing contracts

Operating leasing may be the ideal instrument for scenarios where the use of equipment or installations is of interest, through a flexible and accessible payment system, which frees the company from treasury tensions or financing efforts, that they would prefer to allocate to other objectives. It is also an attractive formula, as it is not subject to the strict formal requirements of “renting” or leasing contracts, as well as for its tax advantages.
